Standard Shipping Policy

Failure to provide an accurate shipping address during the check-out process will result in an order cancelation and a full refund.

Packages that the postage service was unable to deliver will result in an order cancelation and a full refund.* Shipping charges for international orders are non-refundable.

All shipping rates are calculated by USPS based on the items shipping destination.

Shipping times will vary based on the customers chosen shipping service and the destination of the package.

We aim to process and ship all orders in a timely manner; however, shipping times may vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier delays beyond our control. RinneTraps is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit once an order has left our facility.

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $25; this offer applies to U.S. orders only. International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Return Policy

With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.

If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.*

 

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
     

  • We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
     

  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
     

  • We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Optionally, a replacement item can be requested instead of a full refund.* The replacement item will be sent out once our team receives defective item.
     

  • In the event that the original item was received with missing parts or accessories; please contact us and our team will send out the missing parts free of charge. *

  • Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
